We install them, then visit twice a month to water, groom, and replace what fails under the contract.
Outdoor seasonal planters
Entry planters refreshed through the year, sized for the building.
Holiday décor
Evergreen and light for the lobby, then packed away. The same restraint as a boutique hotel.

No public price tiers. After a free walkthrough, the proposal includes:

- Buy or lease for the plants
- Seasonal planters and holiday work, if you want them
